The consultation process is designed to provide a detailed treatment opinion based on the patient’s submitted facial and intraoral photographs, CBCT full view image of their head, and a completed health questionnaire and history. The steps involved in the consultation process are as follows:
How it Works:
Patient Information Submission
- Patients are required to obtain and submit facial and intraoral photographs following the provided guidelines.
- Patients must also acquire a CBCT full view image from a local dental or orthodontic office equipped with cone beam radiograph technology.
- Additionally, patients need to complete and submit a health questionnaire and medical history form.
- All images and documents are to be uploaded through our HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.
Review & Treatment Opinion:
- Dr. Jeremy Manuele will review the submitted images and documents and formulate a treatment opinion.
- The treatment opinion will include an assessment of the patient’s candidacy for MSE (Maxillary Skeletal Expansion), MARPE (Micro-implant Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion), traditional tooth-borne maxillary expansion (RPE), or FME (Facegenics Midface Expander).
- The opinion will focus on these treatments but will also provide a comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s entire orthodontic case and recommendations for other potential treatments.
- This opinion will be communicated to the patient via a recorded video, accessible through the secure platform.
Follow-Up & Additional Services:
- Patients may submit further questions in a written format to receive a follow-up video response.
- Alternatively, patients can schedule a live 15-minute consultation call with Dr. Jeremy Manuele for an additional fee to discuss their case in real-time.
